Blackburn Park hosts DreamMakers: an organization dedicated to assisting children with special needs. Universal Tennis Academy provides free coaching and equipment 3 Saturdays of the month to children with special needs.
Special Pops Tennis is a community based program designed to reach and meet the needs of children aged 4-19 years with physical and/or mental disabilities. The program caters to player development rather than competition.
