Music Therapy

Discovery Music Therapy LLC Through specified treatment and desired goals, music therapy can help an individual improve cognitive skills, communication, socialization, and behavioral changes.  I am also a private music teacher, teaching violin, piano, guitar, and ukulele. I primarily teach through the Suzuki Violin Method (certified in Books 1-3) and various piano method books and include supplemental technique books for additional learning. I offer adapted lessons for individuals with developmental or learning disabilities. It should be noted that adapted lessons are not the same as therapy but can be included into a therapy session.

Metro Music Therapy provides individual and group music therapy services to a variety of clients and educational facilities throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Small Steps Music Natalie Generally founded Small Steps Music, L.L.C. in 2010. She wanted to create a music therapy and music education company that would provide high quality, comprehensive music services for individuals and families.  Today, Small Steps provides services in seven counties. The Small Steps staff continues to support, nurture, and develop each individual’s abilities and areas of need through the use of innovative teaching strategies and enjoyable music interventions in a therapeutic environment.

Perfect Harmony Health (formerly The George Center) is a Roswell, GA 501(c)3 nonprofit that serves the Metro Atlanta area and beyond through virtual services. We believe that just because healthcare is innovative does not mean that it should be a luxury. Our team specializes in treating the whole person in harmony by connecting the brain, composing the mind, and synchronizing the body through providing therapy, resources, and community access. We are now the only practice in the Southeast that is 100% composed of neurologic music therapists.
