Java Joy Atlanta | Java Joy is a nonprofit mobile coffee cart that employs adults with developmental disabilities to serve coffee and create moments of unmatched joy.

Deonte’ Bolden Author of Differently Abled | An amazing book titled Differently Abled which is a children’s empowerment book about 4 children with disabilities who go on this journey of self discovery, confidence, self-love, empowerment, and know that they are different because they make a difference.

The Kyle Pease Foundation | To improve the lives of disabled individuals through endurance sports. The Kyle Pease Foundation provides individuals the ability to participate in 5K’s all the way to Ironmans. We provide the equipment and volunteers at no charge to the athletes and their families.

Parent to Parent of Georgia | We support Georgia families and individuals impacted by disabilities or special health care needs. We cover the entire state of Ga. Our Vision is to be the source of choice for support, information, education, and leadership development for Georgians with disabilities or special health care needs, ages birth to 26, and their families.

Spectrum Autism Support Group | Spectrum provides support, education and resources for individuals and families impacted by autism.
Parent support groups, day camps and overnight camps, social skills groups, drama club, technology club, respite, family events and community education and training are offered for all age and ability.

DeKalb County Board of Health | Children’s Medical Services provides the following services to families: care coordination, assistance with specialty care , medication, equipment and medical supplies.

McKenna Farms Therapy Services | McKenna Farms Therapy Services is a non-profit 501c(3) organization that provides speech, physical and occupational therapy to individuals with spcial needs. We offer services in several settings: clinical, aquatic, and through the utilization of equine movement in hippotherapy. We also offer Therapeutic Riding and have our own Equestrian Team. Feel free to also check out our Camps during the Summer!

Pamela Hoppe, SpecialCare Planner, MassMutual SpecialCare | SpecialCare is a program developed by MassMutual that provides access to information and resources to families with dependents, of any age, who have special needs.  As a MassMutual Special Care Planner, I specifically help families: Access local organizations and advocacy groups, Protect future eligibility for government benefits, Create a Life Care Plan*, Understand the financial and legal issues in special needs planning, including special needs trusts, Determine how much money is needed to provide for lifetime quality care.  Preparing now can help ensure your loved one’s quality of life continues, even long after their caregiver is no longer able to care for them

Axess Health Solutions | Home Health and GAPP services

GHI Life Sharing | We have been providing families assistance with in home personal supports to children with special needs for approximately 6 years. We provide these service with no out of pocket expense to the families. If your child has Medicaid, between the ages of 5 and 21, and diagnosed with a medical fragile diagnoses we can help, by giving them supports such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and transfers.

ReClif, LLC | ReClif is a fitness based therapy center that offers Special Fit, Fit Light, Interactive Metronome, Therapeutic Yoga, and RPM Spelling to those that need one on one support for purposeful movement.

Debbie Dobbs Advocacy, LLC | provides families assistance with applying for the Katie Beckett Medicaid Waiver and gives guidance to other forms of funding and resources. We also provide Special Education Advocacy services for children in the public school system.

Perfect Harmony Health + The George Center Foundation | Perfect Harmony Health (formerly The George Center Foundation) provides neurologic music therapy services to connect the brain, compose the mind, and synchronize the body. We use innovative practices to effect change during individual therapy in cognitive and executive functioning, social-emotional domain, gross and fine motor, & speech skills as well as provide group and community programming focused in the arts!

Lekotek of Georgia, Inc. | Adapted toys and technology

Precision Healthcare Solutions | Daily living assistance for children and young adults ages 1 to 21 who have physical or cognitive developmental delays, traumatic brain injury, medically fragile, or handicapped. We provide these services through the Georgia Pediatric Program.

Nomis Cares | We provide a variety of services for special needs families. Our services include Medication Management, assistance with daily living activities, live-in care, post-operation care, and coordination of care with Private Physicians

GiGi’s Playhouse Atlanta | GiGi’s Playhouse is a Down syndrome achievement center that provides FREE educational, therapeutic and social services to individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Our mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome and provide a global message of Acceptance for ALL

Fifity-Two Communities, LLC | I provide Community Guide Services to individuals who are Participant Directing their Waiver services. I help find them services and resources, assist families with becoming brokers of their own services, as well as provide in-home training to new staff.

Judah’s House/The LOT Financial | Judah’s House Inc (501c3) provides educational consulting, advocacy, scholarships for special needs families, and provides area resource information.  The LOT provides financial services such as Tax Preparation for special needs families (targeting their unique deduction and credit possibilities to maximize their returns) and Small Business Consulting (educating and informing small businesses how they can benefit from hiring people with disabilities).
