Camp Hollywood offers a fun, safe day camp for children with multiple disabilities and their siblings age 5(by 06/01/2017) to 21 years of age. Campers are encouraged to participate, make friends and learn cooperative skills. Hands on learning is a real emphasis. Activities include arts & crafts, cooks with books, science@cinema, recreation and music by music therapists. Outdoor play is not a focus of Camp Hollywood, although some outdoor play may be included. Camp Hollywood provides a nurse to administer medications, help with feedings and toileting. Campers do not have to be toilet trained to attend FOCUS day camps Please provide necessary toileting supplies. Camp Hollywood operates on a 1 counselor:4 children, and volunteers may lower that ratio. Camp hours are 10am to 3pm Monday-Thursday and 10am-2pm on Friday!
